Please DO NOT send payment. An invoice will be mailed to you upon receipt of this registration form. Cancellation/early registration deadline is August 25. Registrations after this date will be charged an extra $50 per person registered. Payment must be received by AGA no later than 30 days after receipt of invoice.

You must register with the hotel by Friday, August 25, 2017, in order to get the discounted room rate. If you haven't yet, please reserve your room before they have filled up!

Cancellation Policy: Full cancellations may be accepted through August 25; after August 25, refunds will not be given on registration or booth cancellations.
