From the Snow Bugs of Park City to an ape habitat in Florida, the submissions for the 2011 Excellence in Hot-Dip Galvanizing awards spanned the gamut of galvanizing possibilities. Eighty project entries from eleven different companies rounded out another great year of competition, with more than five projects present in almost every category.

Winning projects were announced at the AGA’s Annual Conference awards dinner on Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at the The Atlantis Paradise Resort in the Bahamas. For each award presented, the galvanizer and all parties involved with the project received recognition. Winners received a four-color project brochure, an awards plaque, and are now featured on the website, as well as mentioned during various seminars, editorials, and publications throughout 2011 and beyond.
