The American Galvanizers Association (AGA) staff is separated into three departments: Administration, Marketing, and Technical. Executive Director Melissa Lindsley leads the Administration Department, Technical Director Alana Fossa heads up the Technical Department, and Marketing Director John Krzywicki leads the Marketing Department. Governance and management of the AGA is the responsibility of the Board of Directors. An executive committee of three is annually elected to oversee the association's operations.
